The Forbidden Enigma is an original, one-of-a-kind artwork and the second piece in Dean Spinks’ Shattered Vanity series — a body of hand-drawn photorealistic works exploring beauty through distortion. Inspired by the emotional intensity of a tragic Italian opera, this large-scale drawing was created over 85 hours using Copic Markers on Strathmore Bristol paper.
